Start where the care was provided
If you have questions or concerns about the care you or a family member received, it is best to begin by talking with a person at the place where care was received.

You may get phone calls or letters with updates while your complaint is being looked into. We will talk to those involved on a need-to-know basis. The lessons learned may be shared in order to improve care for others.
