Remembrance Day Services at Deer Lodge Centre

At 2:15 pm on Thursday, November 11, 2004 Deer Lodge Centre will continue the tradition of honouring Veterans through the Manitoba Branch, War Amps of Canada sponsored Remembrance Day service.

Since 1916, Deer Lodge Centre has provided rehabilitation and long term care for Veterans of WWI, WWII, the Korean War, and more recently to Veterans of Peacekeeping missions.

Along with the War Amps and Deer Lodge Centre, representatives of Veterans Affairs and branches of the Canadian military will participate in a service of remembrance for those brave individuals who paid the ultimate sacrifice in defence of freedom.
