The 12 Days of Fitness: Tips to Stay Active During the Holidays

Are you looking for ways to add physical activity into your busy holiday schedule?

Join in motion coordinators Deanna Betteridge and Jim Dear and learn some 12-minute workouts that you can fit into your day. We welcome you to come and try out the activities or watch and take away some great ideas.

Jim and Deanna will also share exciting "in motion" gift ideas - One for each of the "12 days of Christmas."

The session will be held on Friday, December 7, 2007 from 12:10-12:50 p.m. in the Carol Shields Auditorium, 2nd floor at the Millennium Library.

Admission is free of charge and registration is not required.
