Learn the Basics and Benefits of Yoga

Do you want to try yoga but aren't sure where to start?

Join yoga instructors Drew Perry from Yoga North Studio and Dillon Cherrett from Source Yoga Studio and learn the basic poses and benefits of yoga. Drew and Dillon will demonstrate basic yoga poses and explore the calming, energizing and strengthening effects of yoga. You are invited to come ready to participate or observe.
