Get in motion with a Boot Camp Sampler

Are you looking for a fun way to get fit?

Try our Boot Camp Sampler on Friday, March 14, 2008 from 12:10-12:50 p.m. in the Carol Shields Auditorium, 2nd floor at the Millennium Library.

Fitness experts Shannon Griffith (Fitness Edge for Women) and Sheila Therrien (Strive Conditioning) will show you agility, core and circuit training drills that will help increase your strength and stamina while providing a fun new challenge.

Wear your workout gear and join in the exercises, or just come and watch. It’s up to you. Admission is free of charge and registration is not required.
