Stretching for Walkers and Runners

Are you often stiff and sore after a long walk or run? Stretching can help!

Join University of Manitoba Instructor Kyle Turcotte to learn why it is important to stretch and when you should stretch.

Wear comfortable clothing and footwear, as Kyle will walk you through a series of stretches.
