Flu Clinic Volunteers Needed

National Aboriginal Day Celebrated in Winnipeg Health Region


The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority needs volunteers to assist at public influenza immunization clinics held during the month of November in various locations around the city.

Volunteers greet the public, assist with crowd control, assist people complete consent forms, answer questions about influenza and help observe people after they've been immunized to make sure they're not experiencing any complications or discomfort. Complete training is provided.

Benefits include the opportunity to:

  • Share your skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment

  • Make a personal contribution to improving health care
