Seven Oaks Dialysis Treatment Disruptions

Due to a watermain break on November 22 which damaged dialysis treatment areas in Seven Oaks General Hospital, we've had to make temporary changes to patient schedules and treatment locations. Your schedule may be affected.

It is important you continue to work with your care team to maintain regular treatment. Someone from your treatment team will be in contact with you to let you know when and where you or your family member will dialyze.

This issue is disruptive and frustrating. Please know we are committed to working with our partners to restore full dialysis capacity at Seven Oaks as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and kindness to our staff as we navigate this situation.
