Centre de santé Saint-Boniface is a primary health centre offering bilingual services to the French-speaking population of Winnipeg and to the residents of St. Boniface. Programs and services at Centre de santé are delivered by an interdisciplinary team that include physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, dieticians, mental health counsellors, and an exercise specialist. The clinic provides screening, diagnosis, medical management and education for Type 1, Type 2 diabetes as well as gestational diabetes.

The Centre offers a variety of health promotion and community education classes that are free of charge and open to all residents living in St. Boniface or the French speaking population of Winnipeg. Some of the topics include stress management, relaxation techniques, nutrition education and diabetes education.
Get Better Together! A program for living better with ongoing health conditions is delivered at this site. Get Better Together is a free 6‐week workshop designed to help Manitobans with ongoing health conditions take control of their health. An online version is also offered several times a year. Myths and Facts about Managing Type 2 Diabetes: Group educational sessions led by a dietitian, a nurse, a pharmacist and a primary care exercise specialist. Learn about type 2 diabetes, risk factors, symptoms and managing blood sugar levels through food choices, physical activity and lifestyle. The sessions are offered in both French and English and are open to St. Boniface residents living in postal code areas R2H, R2J and R3X, and for French-speaking Winnipeg residents. Free of charge.
French‐speaking residents of Winnipeg and all residents of St. Boniface who have postal codes starting with R2H, R2J, and R3X are eligible to become patients of the clinic.
