Adult ADHD Self-Management
Learn to understand and accept your ADHD brain, then work with it instead of against it. Support your brain's ability to function, starting with the basics and building up from there. This class encourages self-awareness and self-compassion as the foundation to a good life with ADHD. Many practical tools are provided. Every class includes a 15 minute break.
