- Goals give your wellness journey direction. Clear, achievable goals help you stay focused, motivated, and accountable as you build new habits.
- The best goals are personal and realistic. Think about what you want to change, why it matters to you, and whether you're truly ready. Start where you are – not where you think you "should" be.
- Readiness matters. If you’re not quite ready to make a change, that’s okay. Use this time to reflect on what might help you get there – and revisit your goals when the time feels right.
