Craving Change

We know that people eat for many reasons. Some of them do not include real physical hunger. Understanding why you eat the way you do and what to do about it is a big part of protecting health and promoting wellness.

The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is now offering a program called ‘Craving Change.™' This how-to workshop helps you to understand and change your relationship with food.
