Long COVID Self-Management Group

The Long COVID Self-Management Group provides multidisciplinary rehabilitation for individuals with Long COVID (long-term effects of COVID-19) through self-management education and clinician and peer support.

Victoria Hospital 4S Allied Health team

The Victoria Hospital 4S Allied Health team provides exceptional care to the patients and families of a 28-bed Geriatric Rehabilitation unit. Together with other health-care professionals, the team supports patients 65 years and older who require inpatient rehabilitation services in order to reach their functional baseline.
