WRHA investigating breach of personal health information
November 2, 2016 – The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) sent letters to patients this week to notify them that a paper billings file went missing from a diagnostic imaging office earlier this month. The file was stored in a locked room at Health Sciences Centre Winnipeg in an area with swipe card access only. Patient information available in the file is limited and the WRHA does not believe the information will be exploited.

WRHA gets top marks for spinal cord injury program at HSC Winnipeg
August 10, 2016 – The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA)'s Spinal Cord Injury Program at Health Sciences Centre Winnipeg (HSC) - the only program of its kind in Manitoba - is one of the first in Canada to be successfully accredited according to standards developed by the Rick Hansen Institute (RHI) and Accreditation Canada (AC) in 2012 and rolled out for AC site reviews across the country.
Grand opening celebration held for new MRI suite at Grace Hospital

The students are part of Project SEARCH, a one-year program dedicated to providing people with disabilities opportunities to learn relevant, marketable skills while immersed in a business.
