Francophone Community Consultation On Health

The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) is seeking input from members of the public on its Declaration of Patient Values. The Declaration of Patient Values is a document that:

• reflects what patients, families, and communities value and expect of their health care experience;
• demonstrates patient and family responsibilities as active partners in their care; and
• helps inform planning and service delivery that is reflective of patient needs and priorities.

We want to hear from you!

The Declaration of Patient Values are written from the perspective of residents across the health region. It is important to hear from community members as we seek to refresh this document.
