River Park Gardens is an 80‐bed Personal Care Home located on the banks of the scenic Seine River in South St. Vital. River Park Gardens is owned and operated by the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. The philosophy of care is based on a resident and family‐centered approach that is grounded in mutually beneficial partnerships among health care providers, residents and families.
