Communication hours are: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Closed on holidays and when I am on vacation or otherwise not in the facility.

Emails are delivered within 2 business days.

Though I check the communication email daily on business days, your message may not be passed on immediately as I attend to my other duties at the Lodge. Please understand that emails sent here will be delivered within 2 business days.
Please do not use "email a resident" for urgent or time sensitive communications. If your message must be received by a certine time please email it to the Team Leader on your loved one's unit. Their contact information can be found on the Care Units page.
If you would like your email delivered before the weekend please have it sent by Friday at 12:00 p.m. Any emails sent after that time will be delivered on the next business day I am in.
