Feeding your Baby Solid Foods

At around 6 months of age, solid foods can be introduced when babies show signs of being ready.

The WRHA Public Health Dietitians offer a free online session about when and how to safely introduce solid foods to your baby. Here you can learn:

  • How to know if your baby is ready for solid food
  • How to help your baby develop healthy eating habits
  • How to transition your baby to family foods
  • How to make meal times enjoyable

This session is intended for parents, caregivers, family members, and friends.

To register, please email [email protected] – a link will be sent before the class. You can also fill out the online registration form.

Note: limited spots available. Registrations closes 24 hours before the session.
