Appointments

All clinic visits are by appointment only. It is best to book an appointment at least 6-8 weeks before departure. Although some vaccines can be given on short notice, most vaccines are more effective if given early. In addition, some vaccines have to be given on a schedule up to 4 weeks apart.

Cancellation Fees

WRHA Travel Health & Tropical Medicine Services dedicate the time necessary to serve our clients’ needs. Scheduled appointments are reserved especially for you. Unfortunately a missed appointment takes time away from serving our other clients. We require 24 hours' notice of cancellation or rescheduling. If you do not provide 24 hours cancellation or you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the original appointment fee. Emergency circumstances may be taken into consideration. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Wednesday 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (*with some exceptions to Wednesdays being a day shift)

Post Travel Medical Appointments

Mondays and Wednesdays 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
