Learn how to take control of your physical and mental health and how to set goals that you can actually achieve. This class offers a practical approach for anyone looking to make a healthy lifestyle change or stay the course.
This class is delivered in 75 – 90 minutes. Sessions listed as 2 hours or more in length combine Preparing for Success and Physical Activity Essentials.
