  • Each of the 7 modules is comprised of several brief videos that can be accessed collectively or individually.
  • After completing one video, you can choose the next video from the list.
  • Choose your own pace to complete each module, whether in one sitting or spread out over the course of a week, for example.
  • With the exception of the Well 4 U Essentials module, each module includes a mindfulness exercise you are welcome to access separately at any point moving forward.

Movement

  • You can access the movement session in 2 ways:
    • From each module, click on the Movement button, or
    • From the Well 4 U home page, click on the Movement Series
  • The movement session runs through a series of movements from warm up to cool down, focusing on strength, balance, flexibility and increasing your heart rate.
  • 3 versions of each movement are provided.  Follow whichever example you feel most comfortable.
  • You are encouraged to complete the movement session after each education module, and again another 1-2 times throughout the week prior to moving onto the next education module.
  • You are encouraged to complete a Get Active Questionnaire prior to starting any of the movement sessions, found here:
  • Use this reference document if you answered YES to any questions on the Get Active Questionnaire and have not consulted a healthcare provider or a Qualified Exercise Professional (QEP) about becoming more physically active.
  • Supplies required:
    • Something to take notes with, if wanted
    • Water
