Fibre
There are several benefits to eating a diet rich in Fibre. Fibre is found in plant based foods such as vegetables, fruit, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds.
Fibre rich diets can be beneficial for blood sugar or cholesterol management, keeping bowel movements regular and helps to keep you fuller longer.
Following Canada's Food Guide can be a way to include more fibre rich foods in your diet.
