Module 2: Wellbeing

Building further on the Circle of Wellness introduced in Module 1: Well4U Essentials, this module will outline how to lead a more fulfilling life through being active, social, curious, mindful, purposeful and positive and will provide tools (such as journaling) to help shape your self-talk away from the negative and towards the positive.  You will be introduced to the practice of mindfulness and provides the first (of several) opportunities to practice it.
