211 Manitoba is a free, confidential, 24/7 service that connects individuals to government, health, and social services that are available across the province. The service helps Manitobans who are looking to find the right community or social resource but don't know where to start. 211 Manitoba also makes it easy for service providers and first responders to direct others to the right resource.
Dial a-Dietitian
Dial-a-Dietitian is here to answer questions and provide easy-to-use advice on food and nutrition to assist Manitobans and their families to eat well, live well and stay healthy. Callers will be connected to a registered dietitian, who will help guide callers to make the best decisions based on their needs. Dial-a-Dietitian is shaping the future of eating and healthy living for all Manitobans.

Canadian Diabetes Prevention Program
For people with prediabetes or at risk of developing diabetes, the Canadian Diabetes Prevention Program (CDPP) can provide a personal health coach to support you in living well. The benefits of their free 12-month wellness program include:
