Well4U Essentials
This module will introduce the Circle of Wellness, a visual depiction of the collective aspects that contribute to your health & wellness: physical, mental, environmental, financial, spiritual, vocational, emotional, and social and will discuss how the educational modules of Well4U will provide information allowing you to reflect on your current behaviours within many of these realms, starting with Module 1 and its focus on movement. Learn the difference between physical activity and exercise, be challenged to make your day harder, and examine the components to be incorporated into a movement routine.
